My name is Laura Sarson and I began working at Speech Therapy Services in 2008. Prior to that I was employed by the Education Department of Victoria to provide speech and language services to schools in the south east region of Victoria. I was also employed by a private company, Oz Child, to run the pre-literacy 'Lift Off With Language' program with Kindy and Preprimary students. My areas of interest include school age language, articulation and (as you may have guessed) literacy. I believe that literacy is fundamental for learning in school. I love working with school aged children to help them reach their literacy goals and see their confidence bloom as a result. When I am not working at Speech Therapy Services I am taking care of my two children and enjoying being a mum!

Voon Pang graduated from Curtin University in 2006 and has worked in a variety of settings including Country Health (in Kalgoorlie), Public Health (in Rockingham) and Disability sectors (in Perth). As one of the few male Speech Pathologists working in Perth, he is well known throughout the community for engaging and motivating young children and making therapy fun. His main areas of interest include stuttering and fluency related disorders and general language development. He has traveled worldwide to attend training seminars and workshops to further develop his skills. Voon is also PROMPT ® trained and can help refine your child’s speech motor skills. Voon strongly believes that communication is closely linked with emotion and strives to not only help children achieve their potential but also to ensure that they feel good about themselves while in therapy. He is the fluency specialist at the clinic and is able to provide assessment and therapy to children who are stuttering, have delayed language and literacy skills and delayed or disordered speech sound development.
